Mme Céline Delhaes

President

Board Member, Agropur coopérative laitière

Céline Delhaes is co-owner of Ferme Isabelle inc., a fourth-generation family dairy farm in Coteau-du-Lac, Quebec. Long committed to her community, she has served as a board member at Agropur and has been active in several agricultural and community organizations. She has also worked with Socodevi internationally, including in Ukraine, to support co-operative development. Chair of the Board since 2023, she values collaborative leadership, creativity, and innovation in the service of communities.

M. François Hastir

Président, Fédération québécoise des coopératives en milieu scolaire

François Hastir, Adm. A., est président de la FQCMS/COOPSCO depuis 2022 et actif depuis plus de 15 ans dans le mouvement coopératif québécois et canadien. Administrateur de plusieurs organisations, dont COOPSCO Outaouais, la Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais et le Groupe Co-operators, il est également directeur général du Regroupement étudiant franco-ontarien.

M. J. Benoit Caron

J. Benoit Caron has nearly 35 years of experience in the development and management of collective enterprises. A recognized leader of the Quebec co-operative movement, he has contributed to the creation, recovery, and relaunch of numerous organizations. An experienced communicator, he advocates for a co-operative economy that serves communities.

M. Jacques Beaudet

Representative, Fédération des coopératives funéraires du Québec

Jacques Beaudet is retired from the Corporation de développement économique communautaire de Québec, where he served as Executive Director for 20 years. Active in the co-operative sector, he has sat on various loan committees and boards of directors, including 15 years with the Coopérative funéraire des Deux Rives and more than 10 years managing a producers’ co-operative.

M. Jacques Côté

President, Confédération québécoise des coopératives d’habitation

President, Confédération québécoise des coopératives d’habitation
Jacques Côté has devoted his career to co-operative development, notably as Executive Director of the Coopérative d’habitation des Cantons de l’Est for nearly 30 years. Founder and board member of numerous housing and solidarity co-operatives, he has received several distinctions, including the Prix Régis-Laurin and the Socodevi Intercooperation Award of Merit.

M. Jean-Roch Michaud

Board Member, Fédération des coopératives d’alimentation du Québec

Jean-Roch Michaud is a retired lawyer after more than 40 years of practice in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, including nearly 20 years as Executive Director of the region’s Legal Aid Centre. A long-time supporter of the co-operative movement, he chaired Alimentation Coop Rimouski and has held governance roles with CDR Bas-Saint-Laurent–Côte-Nord, Caisse populaire Desjardins, and the Coopérative de ski de fond Mouski.

M. Patrick Soucy

Board Member, Sollio Groupe Coopératif

Patrick Soucy has been a dairy producer in Lévis since 2008, where he runs a 120-cow dairy farm with his partner, specializing in cheese and milk processing. A graduate in Animal Science from Université Laval, he sits on the board of Avantis Coopérative and has held various governance roles, including at Promutuel Assurance and La Coop Seigneurie, where he served as Second Vice-President for nearly 10 years.

M. Pierre Parenteau

Trésorier

Premier vice-président et actuaire désigné, UV Assurance

Pierre Parenteau est Premier Vice-Président Actuariat et Finances et actuaire désigné chez UV Assurance depuis 2021. Il supervise les fonctions actuarielles, financières et de gestion de l’actif, fort d’une expérience de plus de 30 ans en assurance. Diplômé de l’Université Laval, il détient les titres de Fellow (ICA, SOA, CAS) et CERA. Passionné d’arts martiaux, il pratique et enseigne l’Aiki Jujitsu depuis 25 ans.

M. Raymond Breton

Board Member, Promutuel Assurance

Raymond Breton is an experienced entrepreneur and manager who has worked in office equipment and agricultural machinery. Trained in electrotechnics and management, he has also been active as a board member and municipal councillor. Socially engaged, he values mutual aid and cultivates his passions for hunting and music.

M. Yves Chagnon

Board Member, Citadelle – Maple Syrup Producers Cooperative

Yves Chagnon has a background in agricultural economics and business administration. Inspired by his childhood on a dairy farm, he has worked in strategic management, financing, and agricultural transactions. His experience spans banking, co-operative, and consulting environments as well as various agrifood entrepreneurship projects.

Mme Annie Beaupré

Executive Director, Québec Federation of Forestry Cooperatives

Annie Beaupré has been working at the Québec Federation of Forestry Cooperatives since 2018, where she now serves as Executive Director. She previously led ForêtCompétences for nine years and worked with Socodevi in Bolivia and Nicaragua on consolidating agroforestry activities and associative enterprises.

Mme Carole Imbeault

Board Member

Carole Imbeault trained in public administration and worked in the Quebec public service for three decades, holding various management positions. She then worked briefly in the municipal sector. For nearly six years, she has represented Beneva on the Socodevi Board of Directors, where her governance and management experience are put to good use.

Mme Marie-Lou Flibotte

Directrice, agence interne, communication et marketing, Humania Assurance Inc.

Marie-Lou Flibotte possède une expertise reconnue en marketing, communication et image de marque, à laquelle s’ajoute une spécialisation en développement durable. Elle a conçu et mis en œuvre des stratégies novatrices, favorisé le travail collaboratif et accompagné des initiatives d’innovation dans des environnements dynamiques et en constante évolution.

Pauline Robert is Executive Director of Coop Carbone, where she draws on her dual master’s degrees in project management and oceanography. An expert in strategic management and climate action, she supports businesses in their sustainable transition and serves as a board member for several organizations.
