SABORES

Strengthening the empowerment of women and youth in the coffee and honey value chains

Projet SABORES de Socodevi au Honduras

Project summary

Through the SABORES – Sabores de Honduras project, Socodevi contributes to the sustainable economic empowerment of women and youth involved in the coffee and honey value chains, in a context marked by climate change and socio-economic shocks.

SABORES mobilizes the local cooperative movement, public institutions, the private sector, and civil society organizations to strengthen the resilience of agroforestry enterprises, improve their economic performance, and reduce gender and generational inequalities affecting women and youth in rural areas. The project focuses on equitable access to productive resources, leadership, shared domestic responsibility, and climate change adaptation.
