With nearly 15 years of experience in Africa and Haiti, he has directed and supervised numerous projects and programs, notably in health and peace education, food security and agricultural development, access to justice for victims of gender-based violence, and good governance. His vision: a more just and equitable world where all people have the opportunity to live in dignity.
François Dionne
International Program Director
f.dionne@socodevi.orgFrançois is an expert in project planning and management who has worked in a range of internationally active organizations, largely in Latin America and the Maghreb. With over 25 years of experience, he brings to his work a strong background in inclusive economic development and strategic planning for development. He is a strong proponent of the power of collective entrepreneurship and the strength of civil society in the fight against inequality, discrimination, violence and social and economic exclusion.
Chanèle Boulet Gauthier
Business development and Advocacy Director
c.bgauthier@socodevi.orgChanèle has held various mandates within humanitarian and development organizations in the areas of social inclusion and the protection and empowerment of women and girls, particularly in crisis contexts in Africa and the Middle East. In her 12-year career, she has developed extensive experience in program development, coordination and implementation, as well as in the management of flagship projects, notably in the response to Ebola and the Syrian crisis.
Marie-Christine Bélanger

She has a unique expertise, marked by 25 years of experience in various fields including agronomy, statistics, remote sensing, agroforestry, food security and climate change resilience. She has worked for 12 years developing tools to increase the resilience of farm families in various countries.
Caroline Gagné
Finance and administration Director
c.gagne@socodevi.orgWith a career spanning more than 20 years in accounting and financial management, Caroline has a wide range of experience in different industries, including project-based accounting. While managing major investment projects, she developed and improved multiple accounting tools and processes. SOCODEVI's mission and human values were real motivations in her choice of organization. A keen traveler, Caroline is also attracted by SOCODEVI's international dimension, which enables her to discover new cultures.
Catherine Koncsik
Human resources Director
c.koncsik@socodevi.orgOver the course of her career, Catherine has held roles of increasing responsibility and has been able to expand her sphere of activity, not only in human resources but also in operations. She has led and participated in various large-scale projects, including the implementation of new salary scales, performance management and various acquisitions and restructurings.
